On April 21, 2006, Chinese President Hu Jintao delivered an address in Sprague Memorial Hall to students and faculty and also met with Yale President Richard C. Levin, who has visited China six times in recent years and invited President Hu to visit Yale.   Yale was the only university that President Hu Jintao visited on his United States tour.   During his visit to Yale, President Hu invited 100 faculty, administrators and students to visit China to further strengthen the University's deep and growing relationship with China.  See more about President Hu Jintao's historic visit to Yale.
